Following this post is the letter I sent around to various senators regarding Rush's butt-kicking.  My husband and I couldn't resist, and we added a few ad hominem attacks to the letters.

Leahy, Levin

PS – I am in the process of e-mailing the forty other citizen-senators who signed this smear, and I usually start off these notes with ad hominem attacks.  The problem with you is, I couldn’t generate one.  You mostly are un-notable, save for destroying what is left of classical liberalism in the Western world.  One would think such an atrocity would be notable, but then the entire Senate-majority is engaged in said activity.

Byrd

PS – Can you sleep well at night, as you attempt to, from the Senate floor, silence a private citizen who is rich, white, and male?  In doing so, you had to sign a document with a son of a Kenyan who has a Muslim middle name.  What’s the bigger discrepancy here – you signing a document professing a lie against your better knowledge or you signing a document with an African-American against your prior civic affiliation? 

Feinstein

PS – Now that I think about it, Stalinist might be the wrong term to use when describing your tactics.  It would require some kind of success in your socialist agenda.  He got results when he took over the country and murdered dissidents.  You took over the Senate and the House which you incorrectly assumed would give you hegemony.  You can’t even murder talk radio.

Obama

PS - I think that the senators should add another category to their drop down menus for subjects; something like "egregious use of power" or "Rush Limbaugh owned us, and the mainstream media's burying of the story."

Clinton

PS – By the way, since Vice-President Al Gore invented the internet, maybe you can talk to him about erasing all of the documented evidence of your dealings with Norman Hsu, cigars, stealing national archive files, semen-stained dresses, stealing information about Republican political enemies, eaves-dropping on private citizens, Vince Foster, Paula Jones, Monica Lewinski, your first try to socialized health-care, your second try at socialized health-care…did I get all the high points of your experience in public office?

PS - Please ask Senator Clinton not to gather my private information using the FBI or CIA - I hear she likes to use the agencies to gather information on her political enemies.  I don't think that the irony would be lost on you - as the topic of this letter is about the use of government abuse of power in the private sector.
